La plupart des Trocken allemands ("sec" en français) contiennent jusqu'à 9 g de sucres résiduels. Ici, il y en a moins de 2 g, histoire d'éviter toute reprises de fermentation, le vin étant très peu sulfité (LS : low sulfites).
