Sweet original wine. Coupage of raisin Pedro Ximénez grapes and the fresh Verdejo grapes. The subtle carbon dioxide bubbles make CAPRICHOSO fresh, alive, fun and aromatic. Its wide range of fresh aromas of fruits, honey and flowers make us travel in the spring in the vineyard among herbs full of inflorescences and pollen.
Amber wine with golden flashes and youthful bubbles in suspension. A great balance between the acidity and sugar of the raisin Pedro Ximénez grape and the light bubbles that make this wine a lively and fun fresh end.
Fruit salad, pastry, Parmesan cheese, Foie, Desserts with exotic citric fruits.
