Variety Tinta Negra Mole - Madeira area (Portugal) - Medium dry fortified wine - 50 cl bottle - Drink now ... or in one century
VINEYARDS AND VINIFICATION
Grapes from one quality vineyard from Estreito de Câmara de lobos. Grapes were pressed in a continuous press. Arresting of fermentation takes place at the desired degree of sweetness by adding vinic alcohol (96%).
BLEND
This wine originates from a single vineyard located in the lower slopes of Estreito de Câmara de Lobos. Half of the grapes were harvested a week before full maturation, thus obtaining higher acidity levels. In March 2010, the aging process of this wine started by the traditional Canteiro method, under moderate temperatures in old French oak casks. In November 2021, 3001 bottles have been filled, all individually numbered.
