Dry white wine - 75cl bottle - AOP Savennières
Dry white wine mainly from aeolian deposits and silts on sandy schists. Vinification and aging in barrels.
The fineness of white fruits such as pear, quince or lime as well as white flowers such as jasmine or vine flower express in the nose. The complexity and freshness are the first qualities of this wine. The freshness of the fruit associated with the mineral is underlined.
Here, a zander, a pike with butter are ideally accompanied, but a fresh goat is also remarkable or pan-fried Saint Jacques scallops.
