MATURATION & BOTTLING

TASTING NOTES AND HARMONIES
This wine was filtered and does not require decanting. It is excellent as an aperitif but is also exceedingly good with starters such as duck or geese pate, French onion soup, octopus salad or steak with caramelized onions. It was bottled ready for drinking and will keep well once opened.
Lighter amber colour. Refreshing citron and marmalade bouquet with hints of vanilla and dried apricots. The refreshing palate has an acidity alive with spicy raisins, roasted almonds and orange rind. The finish is rather crisp and clean in the mouth. Delicious.
